Overview
If you have identified a prospect who owns and runs a company you may be struggling to find out how much they are worth, how much the company is valued at, or what the proceeds will be if the company is sold. Look no further – this session will give you what you need!
Gaining insight and valuing public companies can be hard enough, however when it comes to analysing private companies it is even harder. This session will look at the structure, financial performance and process of valuing private companies. The training will walk you through the key things you should look for and how to interpret the limited information to aid decision making and insight.
This session will also explore what an Initial Public Offering (IPO) is, the signs a company is preparing for an IPO and also how much owners receive and when. Following on from this we will also investigate the growing importance and use of Founders Pledges in philanthropy.
