Overview

Public and private companies are led by their board members, often creative lucrative careers and priority prospects for fundraising departments. But it’s not always easy understanding what these roles actually do, how they work together and what their wealth truly is.

This session will explore key board roles like Chair, CEO, Managing Director, Finance Director, Chief Operating Officer, Company Secretary, Non-Executive Director and Divisional Directors etc, what they do and how to differentiate them.

It will explore board remuneration, covering all the essentials to properly understand, update or upgrade your knowledge on salary, bonuses, stock options, long term rewards (LTIPs), pensions, and general pay levels for these roles.

A range of examples will be explored for both private and public companies to give you the confidence to accurately devise wealth estimates, gift capacities and ask timing.
